GPS-based fall detection system for old and specially-abled people

Falls are a serious public health concern for older people across the world. Modern telemedicine now depends heavily on remote monitoring of patients and ability to spot threats human health. If fall is not assisted in time, it can significantly reduce an person's mobility, independence, his/her quality life. Older who experience post-traumatic problems or mortality frequently do so because falls. As result, preventing falls consequences providing essential help time may depend early identification In this article, we propose internet things (IoT) based system that makes use low-power wireless sensor networks, smart devices cloud computing detect track positions specially-abled people. The tracking done by sending links from proposed every 15 seconds specified google drive. On other hand, alert message will be delivered caregiver whenever happened. Thus, MPU-6050 NEO-6M global positioning (GPS) module used with ESP32 microcontroller aforementioned purposes. A pilot study several protocols was carried out validate cost-effective achieved good results.
